Bol has announced they will perform maintenance on their orders API from 4AM to 6AM on Wednesday June 12th. In this time it will not be possible for Channable to process Bol orders, shipment updates or cancellation updates.
We will be able to catch up with orders placed during this maintenance once the Bol orders API is back online, likewise will we be able to retry shipment and cancellation updates that might have occured while the maintenance was taking place once it is over.
If you notice any missing orders or shipment/cancellation updates after the Bol AP is back online you can contact our support team.
